charming canalside stay
waterside terrace stylish décor lighting fixtures
i really liked the location of this hotel. it sits right where five canals meet. having breakfast outside on the waterside terrace was really nice. the lobby décor was very stylish. i especially liked the unique lighting fixtures.

I found the beds to be super comfy. The location was also very convenient , about a 20-minute walk from good bars and restaurants. It gave me an opportunity to explore the area on foot, something I appreciated. I had no issues .
the BREAKFAST was expensive , i found it quite disproportionate

helpful staff good coffee
i found the staff especially helpful, they were quite informative. the coffee machine in the room was really good , it made mornings easier. the bed was comfortable , and the shower had good pressure.

mixed feelings about this stay
double charge unrefunded amount
the staff was helpful, giving directions to nearby places.
the hotel didn't let me pay upon arrival. they pre-authorized the full amount plus extra from my card. after checkout, they charged the full amount again, so the pre-authorization amount hasn't been refunded yet. this is frustrating!!!

underwhelming stay
The room i got faced some ventilation machinery. I had expected something better. later, i was moved to a nicer room, that helped somewhat. the hotel felt a little rundown and it was noisy.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet had yummy options. The hotel offered bike rentals for a reasonable price of €20 per person per day. The bed was comfortable and the room suited my needs.
